Chaos At Christmas & Joy In The Household!
 

We were invited to my wife's cousin's for dinner last night & had a great time with the kids bouncing off the wall!:bells
We then got up this morning & the first thing my "super spiritual kids" said was,
"can we open the presents?":gift

We gathered in the living room & Alanna read the Christmas story & we discussed what Christmas represents.
We then prayed & opened presents.

Kristin, & Alanna, received an Ipod like device for Christmas, Ryan got a Nintendo, & Mom got her B & D skill sa....er, she got a new Kodak Digital
camera.:christmoose

I alrerady talked to my sister this morning, and we are now getting ready to head out for Breakfast at Banners (a Christmas tradition) & then go to afternoon service!:christmasjig

I still can't get the screaming kids out of my head! As Charlie Brown would no doubt say... "ARGHHHHHhhh!!!"

But things did go well over all. Way too many gifts for the kids, way too much noise, and my Ma's usual bland food. A normal Christmas. LOL

But then we got home and I was able to give my wife her presents, a Nintendo Wii. :) Both our arms are sore from playing bowling and baseball over and over again. She also got ME the last two seasons of Stargate SG-1 on DVD! Now my collection is complete.

A small damper was put on the whole thing due to having to put our oldest dog down just a few days ago.
