The Messed up Priorities of the Liberals

Case in point...San Fransicko

SAN FRANCISCO — Visitors to the San Francisco Zoo placed flowers, cards and photographs near a sculpture of a bronze tiger Thursday in honor of the escaped tiger who was shot dead by police after mauling three people.

in fairness to the envrofreaks leaving a memorial to the murderous tiger, it appears the young man who died first fired a sling shot at the tiger, then waved his leg at dear dead toney.

Human life will always be more precious than animals, no matter what idiocy they did before such an attack

1) It really is amazing that people place more importance on the life of an animal over a human being.

2) As for the teen...if the reports coming out are true...in that the tiger was attacked (by slingshots) and provoked...(invading their territory by dangling their legs and bodies over the tiger enclosure), the teen got what was coming to him as the tiger was only doing what was coming naturally when it feels threatened.

I heard today that the reports of the sling shots were incorrect. Don't really know what to believe since all involved seem to be trying to cover there own hide. One thing is for certain, there was a BIG oversight in that the wall was FOUR FEET too short! That fact alone, had it been different, we would not be having this discussion. Sometimes, it is the responsibility of the business owner to save people from there own stupidity in order to keep their vulnerability to a minimum.

True.

Of course, down here, we have 2 of the most famous zoos in the world. They have made every precaution to not have what happened in SF happen down here. And yes, it is the responsibility of the business.

I wonder if the zoo up there was security cameras everywhere and caught this?

I'm not trying to justify stupid or cruel behavior, but according to the linked news report the wall was 4 feet shorter than the recommended height for a tiger enclosure.

This may have been an accident waiting for an idiot, or even a tragedy with or without an idiot.

Those cats are beautiful, but you're right. Human life is more important.
