What is with all of these exercising smilies? I was posting and then I noticed them for the first time and I was reminded on how much I haven't been working out and then I see I haven't lost any weight and then the guilt sets in and I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE..........:begging:tantrum

Then get off you seat and get to exercising!

yes, but there is a difference in me being little overweight and obese! Some people can gain bu just looking at food and others can eat all the junk they want and you will never know. I think the real sin here is gluttony. No matter how big or small you are, you can be a glutton... jmo
