I just got back in the US from Korea through Japan. The conference was unbelievable!! It was a fairly small group but the response to the teaching was incredible. I was teaching on the Jewish roots of Christianity and when I got to the part pertaining to the godhead as to who Jesus is, they went "crazy" with revelation. Spontaneous worship, "falling out" shockamoo.....all as a result of them receiving who Jesus is. I knew there were a few Presbyterian pastors attending the conference, so I wasn't sure how it all would go. However, I found out later in the day that they were ALL Presbyterians!!! They were weeping at the price God paid for our sins. There was no resistance whatsoever.

The former UPC Supt. of Korea attended a couple of sessions and was shocked at the response. He thought they were oneness folks as well. It just goes to show that you don't have to beat people up for them to receive truth. I told them that their definition/idea of the "trinity" needed to be redefined. I did not tell them that trinitarians were going to hell, nor did I tell them that they were wrong!

The UPC is missing the boat by using their Ac. 2:38 club and beating people with it. Call me a heretic if you want to or a flaming liberal.....but people are receiving the REAL truth.

Thank you for your "optimism" and recognizing that I only have a balding "spot!"

I'll try to find a yarmulke in a lighter color next time! They do come in all colors and materials. :D
