I have a Bible class to teach tonight
 

Yesterday, I taught in the youth department about why I believe the church will go through tribulation...(not to start a debate here) however some of them ask me to repeat it tonight so tonight we are planning to have a good Bible study about endtime...

In our work in Brazil Brother Alvear leaves that subject up to each pastor and does not care if they differ because we feel we will really only know at the given time...however that is my opinion. We are NOT fighters on these type subjects...

Sis. Alvear,

After sitting under Sis. Ruby Martin at JCM, I am convinced in the Mid-Tribulation view point. Unless there is some form of persecution the church will not make a stand. Revival comes in the midst of hard times...one relies on the Lord more. Living for God is not a 'sissy' thing. Survivors in battle are the ones to follow.

I have a differing here than some of my dear brothers and sisters but historically the church has gone through tribulation ever since it's inception.
Seriously we don't know when we might encounter persecution so we need to be able to face tribulation.
Sadly while we in the west are on easy street,many in believers in other lands face tremendous persecution.
Everybody will face either rewards or punishment and no matter how things play out ,being ready is the main thing.
On some subjects God doesn't give us all of the specifics,but He does give us the big picture and the big picture is what counts the most.

Like I say it is not a point that we let cause division...anyway had around 20 show up for the class and they asked would I help them some more so next Monday night we scheduled another Bible study. I was so touched to see these young people with their Bibles ready to study...May God bless them and help them to be strong leaders.

That's good these young people want to study the word,because if they read the word, then The Holy Ghost can reveal truth to them.

Sister A,I'm sure you provoked them to study,seriously I'm not out to make everybody see everything like I do.I'm more interested in helping folks get into the word and reading it for themselves.
I'm more interesting to making disciples for Christ,rather than making clones who think like me.
I firmly everybody should know what they believe and why they believe it.

If I could have been there, Sister, I would have been backing you with some hearty, Amens. I agree with you on this, and share the spirit you and Bro. Alvear have. Its nothing to quibble over and wouldn't allow it to cause a division with a brother, but I gotta say, Amen, Sister!

Eddie has always believed in Post-Trib. I'm really not sure what I think; it's all beyond me. I just want to be ready when it happens.
