I have a Pastor friend who will ask anyone who moves or leaves his church if there was anything that he or the church could have done better for the individual leaving. I love that about him. He knows that it's not about him but meeting the needs of the people....

If I were pastoring.........I would make it mandatory for all the saints to have 4 shots of espresso before Sunday night service! Then we would all be hyper and could put on a great show! WooHoo!!!!
