Truest sign of Quality leadership
I have a few....but I would rather hear from the leadership here what you think.

Re: Truest sign of Quality leadership
Quality Leadership...
1. Speaks to you... not at you. 2. Actually hears what you say. 3. Does not agree with wrong but makes sure that you know that your point has been heard and understood. 4. Plants seeds of thought in your mind and prayerfully allows God to bring the increase. There is no need to turn your thinking in a day (largely because they are wise enough to realize that real, deep, true change takes time and it NEVER happens in a day) Man... this list could go on for a while. These are some decent starters though. |
Re: Truest sign of Quality leadership

Re: Truest sign of Quality leadership
Able to speak with someone about a subject where they completely disagree without making the other person feel as if they must be on the offensive all the time.
The shield of faith is a shield that we hold up within ourselves because we feel that something is true. They also feel that their beliefs are true and when those beliefs are felt to be openly challenged their shield of faith is raised. It is the great soul winner that can slowly move an "adversary" over to further truth. When someone goes on the offensive they have ceased to hear what you say. Interestingly enough when they cease to believe that you are hearing what they say then they tend to go on the offensive as well. I think the Bible sums it up more succinctly than I. Pro 11:30 The fruit of the righteous [is] a tree of life; and he that winneth souls [is] wise. Mat 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. |

Re: Truest sign of Quality leadership
Is not afraid to listen to other's opinions and base his decisions on outside input.
NOt being driven by others, but considering them. A good leader will still have to make tough decisions, and will not please everyone, but he can listen to all viewpoints. A good leader will work himself or herself out of a job shortly, by mentoring someone to take their place. A good leader makes the tough decisions for the greater good of his or her group, and makes them quickly. |
