Quick prayer needed about house....10 min. answer!
 

We were approved.

...then denied.

Then after a few days of nail biting, approved again! (last night!)

Wake up to find out we were AGAIN denied!

Our mortgage guy is working hard to make something happen, but as of Sunday we are heading out and have no place to go.

If you read this we would appreciate even a "Jesus help them" sort of prayer. My head can't take any more of this.

Brother Randy, its unfortunate what a person has to go through in life just to live. I'll be praying that what ever the issue, God will reverse decisions and work it all out . I know what you mean when you say your head can't take it. Been there done that. But while your "head" can't take it, you "Head" can. Your Head is Jesus. He can handle it. He'll work it out.

Ok....

Just two minutes ago (and 10-12 minutes after posting this) I got a call from my mortgage guy at Wells Fargo.
He found another LOCAL mortgage company to accept it! Because they are local they don't have to deal with most of the regulations that Wells Fargo (which IS national) has to. On top of that...... our closing costs will be about a grand less!

Thanks to EVERYONE who said a quick (and very urgent prayer) for us. God didn't take days, weeks and months to answer! Oh.... about 10 minutes!

Thank you Jesus for ALL prayers answered!

And yes, it is DONE when the paper work is signed by all parties (as I have found out at least three times in the past week), but I do believe that this is it.

God really took me to my lowest point before lifting me up as well (which was just minutes and hours ago). I guess this is sort of how the Marines work also! LOL
