Does anybody here know a Bro.Robert Calder Of Balch Springs,TX ?
I got a nice card in the mail from a Robert and Shirley Calder of Balch Springs,TX I don't know them nor have I ever met them.
There is a child in my neighborhood who is bad about getting our mail,anyways my wife found this card in a ditch,where recently a birthday card addressed to her was recently found.

Anyways the message in the card ministered to me,there was a business card in the card that kinda of got messed up, but I understand this Brother has something to do with a homeless ministry in a Abundant Life Church of Garland,TX this card had gotten wet and was stamped MAY 17, and I just got it today.

I don't know this guy but I do know the pastor of Abundant Life Church in Garland, Texas.

He was an area UPC pastor in the town in Lousiana where I went to High School. Not long after the teenage daughter of an elder in his church moved in with him and his wife this pastor ran off with the girl, deserting his wife and church (thank heavens no children were involved).

I was amazed to see that a mere year or two after that he was pastoring again in the Dallas area with his new wife. I just can't imagine that soon after doing what he did he was behind a pulpit again pastoring.

At least he and that new wife have been together now for over 20 years.

I am not this mans judge (lucky for him) and I pray things are right between him and God but I do know he would not be my pastor.

I have purposefully not used this person's name here and I request that no one else do that either. There may be children from the later marriage involved, etc and they don't need to google their parents name and find this.
