John McCain At the American GI Forum

WHOA! Sen. John McCain is giving an AWESOME speech right now.

You know, he was right on Iraq.

He has definitely earned his cool points today.

He gave the MSG Roy Benavidez story-- simply amazing. The facts of the story and his retelling of it kept me hanging on his words.

He also spoke of the Walter Reed debacle and suggested significant changes to the Veterans Administration.

His voice was a bit unsteady at times-- it demonstrated strength, instead of weakness though.

I am really impressed with Sen John McCain right now. Maybe it's because he addressed my military sensibilities with this speech.

Wow!

In my opinion McCain's only strength is the experience he brings to the table on military issues.

well it would be well to point out that he is a leader and not an aboration of the messiah spoof, he is definitely a man of his own opinion, not the crowd , sometimes that is good i guess, unlike bho, lol

This thread is not about "bho", it's about Mr. McCain. Too bad McCain is running as a Republican....

Did any one else get to watch this speech?
