New Birth / Natural Birth Parallels?

Are these valid parallels between the natural birth and spiritual birth processes?

Copulation = Preaching
Pregnancy = Repentance, Baptism
Labor Pains = Spiritually Laboring with New Believer
Natural Birth = Spiritual Birth
(baby cries) (believer speaks in tongues)
