I did not want to sin so I didn't over eat.

I ate small portions of everything...............it was all good if I say so myself.

I only had a small serving of bread pudding with homemade caramel sauce, but I plan to have more of that later!!!!!

I've had one chicken strip and 3 cups of coffee so far today. I think I'm pretty safe. I'm not particularly fond of fast food...bleh. Working in it all day really takes the craving away. Anyhow, don't talk to me tomorrow. I have a suspicion I might have a fair bit too much turkey and stuffing and gravy and potatoes and pumpkin pie to eat. :secretservice

No I haven't. We have our Thanksgiving dinner at 5:30.

I do not plan to over eat. Besides, today my diet is all about portion control. I can do this... :D I want to be able to enjoy spending time with the family having our usual family game night after dinner-- I don't plan to sit on Mom's couch and be too miserable to move.... :D

I pigged out at the home of my in-laws today. This afternoon I am preparing for my meal tomorrow when my folks come to my house.

Yes, I way overate and will do so tomorrow.
