A silly question
 

I was just wondering if someone could tell me what "banned" means under someone's name? The obvious answer would be they were banned from the forum but I see sometimes it says "banned" but they are still posting. Really doesn't matter, I'm just curious. Thanks!!

Banned means they are banned from the forum.

There have been posters that will put it there themselves just being funny.

Who are you referring to?

Well, what reminded me was Dr. Vaugn, but I'm assuming he really was banned because he hasn't posted since like August. But I have seen others with it but were still posting. I was just curious, really none of my business but your answer about some folks being funny makes sense, just didn't think of it at the time. Thanks.
