Notice the letter(I) as in paul only.... not (WE)

When I was baptized in Jesus name I tarried with the staff of the church and received the Holy Ghost. It wasn't something I was expecting.....I was told about baptism in Jesus name and wanted to comply. I'd been baptized into the titles about 2 months before that. Before that I had seen christians at churches babbling and trying to get me to do it....said it was speaking in tounges. Seemed like baby talk to me and was of them,not God.

The day I received the Holy Ghost and spoke in tounges,it was not me. I couldn't recreate it if I tried. I won't judge anyone but my experience was very different than what I see on TV.

Thats the problem stuff like this gets out and it does not look good for the tongues movement and how they should be used and it will continue to be the biggest debate until the lord returns..
