Apologetic Conference and Debate in March 2011. Bro Jorge Medina from Defenders of the Faith will be having an Apologetics Conference in Lufkin, TX. Make plans to attend. First week of March, 2011 for Two Days.

1. Debate Each Night on Apostolic Doctrine

- Location: Eastview United Pentecostal Church, Lufkin TX
- Roger Perkins (UPCI) and Bruce Reeves (Church of Christ)

2. Apologetic Sessions/lectures During the Day

- Location TBA
- Problem of Evil by J.N. Anderson
- Existence of God: speaker TBA
- Inspiration of Scripture by G. Jorge Medina
- Oneness of God: David K. Bernard

Panel Q n A after each session.

We asking for your support in attendance. We are also asking for sponsors as well. You can contact Bro. Medina or myself about how you can help support this event. It is our desire to have some of the best teachers available but do realize financial limitations as well. If you can help let us know.

Sounds like a good meeting. Maybe you'd consider Roy Fisher in one of these meetings, particularly in areas of canonology and "the inspiration of scripture." Ever have people in the same organization have a good debate on these topics?

Good to see a non-UPCI brother at the meeting as well.

I would love to have Roy. I correspond with him occasionally and highly respect his work in Near Eastern studies. I think UGST has had some panel discussions. I would have Roy down but we are working on a tight budget. We need supporters!

I wanted Jason Dulle to teach but he is in California. We plan to do this annually so we pray it will grow and expand.
