I Need To Gain Weight

Does anyone have any high calorie recipes? I really need to gain some weight. I weigh 91 pounds. I would like to get to at least 100 pounds. And yes, I love Blue Bell Coffee Ice Cream, but I don't eat it anymore. I need nutritious calories.

Start attending a UPC church that celebrates everything with food, has church 'til 10pm on Sundays, and stays at greasy restaurants eating 'til 1am. You'll be fine. If you do that, your next post will be, "I Need To Lose Weight."

Another option is, get on the General Board. Have you seen them?

I could say something obvious, like I'm going to punch you in the face...

:toofunny

But since it is a sincere question, I will say...

I would guess that if you weigh that little, you don't have a lot of muscle mass?

I would suggest starting to eat a lot more protein, instead of just empty or fatty calories. If you build muscle your weight will go up, and it will also boost your strength.

Good protein choices: beans, nuts, eggs, all milk products, (especially cottage cheese) meat, fish, (shrimp is very high in protein).

If you want to go with something like the protein shakes, those are also an option. I know that some are very high calorie also, body builders use them to bulk up.

Yeah, it was good advice. Muscle weighs three times as much as fat so adding muscle will help. But just pray about my advice too. My way adds the weight with FAR less effort!

Tuna is good, just don't eat too much of it, that can lead to mercury poisoning!
