Fired for speaking the truth

Quote:

The move came after Mr. Williams, who is also a Fox News political analyst, appeared on the “The O’Reilly Factor” on Monday. On the show, the host, Bill O’Reilly, asked him to respond to the notion that the United States was facing a “Muslim dilemma.” Mr. O’Reilly said, “The cold truth is that in the world today jihad, aided and abetted by some Muslim nations, is the biggest threat on the planet.”

Mr. Williams said he concurred with Mr. O’Reilly.

He continued: “I mean, look, Bill, I’m not a bigot. You know the kind of books I’ve written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.”

These are the endtimes.

2 Thes
11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Wow Juan is Liberal 101! When did this happen? Always did like him tho seemed like a nice guy. Consider this that if FOXNEWS which is supposed to be the MOST CONSERVATIVE voice in mainstream media would fire Juan for this what hope is their in warning of Islamic infiltration?

How is it wrongful termination? NPR had the right to fire him if they felt he did not meet their editorial standards. In this case, they apparently felt that he did not.

You don't know what you are talking about in several ways

1 He was not speaking on NPR Do you understand that?
2 He was not reading an editorial
3 Wackos like NPR have policies that are based on "feelings" (that is subjective as could be
4 Why would the left wing nazis have "feelings" about what was ok to say on Fox and what was not? It ain't their network
5 If the leftiests have rules about feelings, why are Juan's feelings rejected?
6 NPR doesn't set editorial standards on Fox.

This makes the leftist PC media look stupid.

Two faced liberals. Drinking the millions from Soros.

I did not say he was speaking on NPR. He was speaking on Fox. However, NPR was the one who fired him, not Fox.

I did not say he was doing an editorial. However, the reason NPR fired him was because "the remarks 'were inconsistent with our editorial standards."

There is horrible reading comprehension, and then there is coadie's.

Williams admitted on The O'Reilly Factor "when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous."

That wasn't an editorial on NPR.
Looks like NPR is intolerant and biggotted.

I have spent company money on sponsoring Car Talk on NPR.
I quit years ago because of their whining about the world.

No one said it was an editorial on NPR. However, the reason NPR gave for firing them was the remarks 'were inconsistent with our editorial standards.'

Again, there is horrible reading comprehension, and then there is coadies.

So you admit he spoke and it wasn't "editorial content" played on the stations.
