Finally got my promotion to Menkyo Shihan-Dai (Yodan - 4th degree blackbelt) in jujutsu!

4th degree black belt in Nihon Ryu Sisede Jujutsu
3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo (ITF's Chon-gi style)
3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo (WTF's Taegeuk style)
3rd degree black belt in Juko-Ryu Aiki Inyo Toho (Sword Art)
1st degree black belt in Juko-Ryu Aiki Inyo Ki-Jutsu (combat ki)

To God be the glory for keeping my bones intact..... thus far ;)

Swinging by some old posts and saw this thread...... might as well update:

Since my last post on this thread I've received my 5th degree black belt promotion in Nihon Ryu Goshin Jutsu. Which means after 22+ years in the martial arts I am now a Shihan/Master Instructor.

Total rankings:

Thanking him also for getting me through the Michigan Tough Mudder event this past Saturday. 12 mile run with 20 obstacles designed by British special forces. Intense day!
