Yep, the Stanford PD, got it right, it appears. Big hoopla over nothing, speaking of Sharpton and the public stir. Mr. Martin made a very bad choice in attacking a man that had done nothing but observe him.

zimmerman needs to bring a civil suit against Nbc, im sure if he wins the case in his trial he will do so.

African Americanns?
Hispanics?
White/Hispanic mix?

he is what ever he chooses to be. just as the white/black president chose to be black.

If we are whatever we choose to be, then the woman running for office up east really is a Native American and/or a woman of color.

this is what i mean he has a white mother and a hispanic father. the boy could actually chose to be white or hispanic.

being a Military recruiter for 4 years we ran into similar situations. people who had native indian in them even though they looked white declared to have a native heritage and thus chose to be label as a native indian.

im not saying that he can be what ever he wants to be as in i am going to just pick a ethnic, but picking a ethnic between that of his parents.

we had a gentlman who wanted in the military but at the time we was only taking people with ged's if they where black. He was white, red hair and freckles i believe.

But since they wouldnt let him in as a white guy because the seats reserved was only for black Ged's he told them that he was black. Even though he was almost albino..

They asked him to change his ethnic to the appropriate color and he refused. They had to enlist him. Eventually the boy was changed back to white on his ethnic.

but really it shouldnt have matter, there doesnt need to be a white or black or asian or native. it all should say american

Agreed. Furthermore, there was talk about a civil suit against Zimmerman earlier. Now, if Zimmerman did not break any laws, it's looking more like a suit against the Martin family might hold water. (not that I would recommend it)
