When is TV any good?
TV has gotten so bad that my husband and I seldomly watch it anymore at all. IF you can find something decent and worth watching....then you have to see the commercials that centers around sex and immorality! Now the FCC is squeezing in Homosexuality...just when you think it has reached its limits~ TV commercial about a IPad .... a man talking to a woman...THE MAN looks over his shoulder and says "my husband likes it too" ???!!!! Sad how Sex and UNnatural things that are immoral and AGAINST GOD sells....morals and DECENCY have no common place in this sick and perverse world! The only stations we really watch are RMPBS and CNN~ Btw, to anyone who may want to "debate" homosexuality....not happening!!! Homosexuality is WRONG and AGAINST GOD !! END OF DISCUSSION!

Very sick... And why our family continues to not have broadcast, satellite or cable TV. Netflix and other media avenues give a bit more control on content.

That is why we have no form of Hollywood in our home and never have had and never will have.

We chose to get rid of our television many years ago.
It was getting terribly bad back then, can't imagine all that goes on now. Well, I do get email from AFA and One Million Moms that tell alot about the degredation that goes on in the form of entertainment for families. Really appalling to say the least. I join in with lots of others in sending emails to all the offending sponsors of lots of those sickening programs they advertise on. They definitely have an impact on them! |

We have dish and family package and I have blocked a few. I am very clean TV.......not as clean as the internet :laffatu

When I am watching Family Worship Center's praise & worship & when I am watching RFD. Not much good for anything else. Oh yeah, we do watch FOX News. But get outdone with them too & have to switch channels or turn TV off.

we have a total of 5 channels ( we do not have cable or satalite ) we have basic anolog channels. But out of the 5...3 are blocked and it leaves the RMPBS (Rocky Mountain PBS) and Fox News. I said in my post it was CNN but I apologise...I meant Fox News. We have a huge supply of movies we wacth more than anything. We have in our collection only movies that are made for the family. As for the Internet....it is blocked as well. |
