I'm thinking that I might go in the direction of the elf on the shelf so I can fold the napkins like the elves' shoes :) Got any suggestions for that??

Let me think, but off the top of my head, because of my childhood, I am thinking of ribbon candy and vintage ornaments.

I like the idea of him sitting on a train. Of course, this one is way too long, but I have a cute train that I think I will use this year.
