Herbalists?
Are there any herbalists here?
I am a wanna-be. I've taken classes and am currently enrolled and taking more classes, but am no where near being an herbalist. I love meeting other herbies!! If anyone would like to get some free info and find a good place to start, www.learningherbs.com is just such a place. A general note...when dipping into this field, you will run into people who are worshipping plants and who are on the wrong track. I will not "go there" with them and am attempting to be a light in their darkness. There are also many Christian herbalists and it's always a joy to run across them. |
Re: Herbalists?
Sage, for everything. Makes hair grow, treats colds and flu's and coughs, general tonic plus tastes great in just about every dish.
Garlic, raw, antiseptic mouthwash for infected tooth, kills internal parasites (worms), makes pasta taste great. Garlic with raw carrot, kills and rapidly expels worms in dogs and kids. Oregano tea, antiseptic, antibiotic for bad tooth. Coconut oil, gentle astringent mouthwash, plus tons of other uses. My daughter is all about natural herbs, remedies, etc. She's the family medic lol. |

Does she make make essential oils or concentrates?
It would seem that those would keep for longer and be easier to dose. |
