Tyranny, Differences between countries.
This last week we have seen Australia impose harsh draconian measures to "Safeguard" the people of that country.
Other countries are doing or want to do the same in their little empires. But what about the US? Even though there are political powers that want to impose tyranny and lockdowns in this country what about the fiber of this country and the foundations of this country compared to other countries like Australia and Canada? What about the foundations? Canada was formed upon the Tories who left the revolutionary south to get land handed to them by the King of England. At best they have more of the English socialism than the American independence. Australia was populated, outside of the native aborigines, originally by prisoners. Australia was mainly a penal colony for England. The US on the other hand was founded and settled by many who were escaping the tyranny of England or other nations. They deeply resented the oversight of anyone else but them in their lives. The tax rebellion was not really about taxes or representation but was about who controlled who. So when we look at the origin of a country and then we look at where they are today, we begin to see how each country is possibly going to react when faced with tyranny. Based upon the past we can see that Canada and Australia are going to do whatever their kings tell them to do. The US, on the other hand, even though there are some in powers today that want them to be like Canada and Australia, are going to react different because of their foundation of revolution against kings. We stand a better chance of revolution here than they do in their respective countries. |
Re: Tyranny, Differences between countries.
Trudeau literally got stoned by his subjects I think it was today or a couple days ago.
Australia is experiencing a trucker strike to shut down the entire country unless the lockdowns and Orwellian measures are lifted. France is inching its way back to 1798. England is starting to remember remember the fifth of November (even recently taking over a public building (library) and threatening the bobbies into submission). Ireland is probably digging the buried semtex out of nanna's veggie garden but that's all hush-hush as long as Mickie doesn't have too many pints down at the Rusty Shamrock. Whereas America is getting ready to "vote for conservatives in 2024". |
Re: Tyranny, Differences between countries.
Good points about the origins of the countries, and how they look at tyranny.
Does anyone really think that voting conservative will make a change in the nonsense we saw played out in the last election? I guess we will get a glimpse in the upcoming recall election going on in CA. |
