Need help with a question...
 

This thread is designed to pick your brains…

In the midst of my writing this morning regarding the old paths and days gone by, I was trying to remember the names of women in the last century who were active in ministry. Perhaps it is old age, but only two came quickly to mind; Nona Freeman and Marilyn Gazowsky...

Surely there were others who were missionaries, or who worked alongside their husbands, or perhaps had a ministry all their own.

Who am I forgetting?

My frame of reference is the UPCI, but I'm open to learn more. :)

Not disparaging those you mentioned at all b/c we know our reputations can get told far beyond what we'd like...

But also - perhaps it's a testament to those whose names you don't know due to their humility and self-effacement and dedication to their calling.

No harm in recognizing those who have helped us along the way, of course :)

Nona Freeman’s mother, I forgot her name. She was somewhat of I missionary to Native American’s in… New Mexico, maybe.
