So, to start a hopefully POSITIVE thread, how were your church services today? Eddie preached a great sermon on the adulterous woman who was brought before Jesus. We baptized three new people, including our first new convert in our new church in Savannah, TN. He came over to Jackson to be baptized, since we don't have a baptistry there.

So what happened in your world today???? TESTIMONY TIME!

Was his wife baptized too?

We always had to use a baptistry somewhere else. I imagine it will be a relief when the get their own.

We have our own here. Much more convenient.

Right now we're in a storefront building. BUT we have purchased property, so it's a step in that direction!!

You will feel awesome the day the groundbreaking comes. I know the feeling well.

I can't wait. I am excited to see God continue to be exalted in Savannah and that Love and Truth gets to be a part of it there.

Will it be on the side of Savannah closest to A-ville?

No - toward Pickwick. How well do you know the layout of Savannah?

Not well, only been there once, ate at the Mc'D's. Blech.

Yeah, I'll echo that blech - LOL. McDonald's sits on the corner of Pickwick Road and Wayne Road. It fronts Wayne. Our property is approximately three miles down Pickwick Road. Have you ever been to Gerald Davis's church - New Life Pentecostal Church? Ours is about 1/2 mile on down from him on the opposite side of the road.
