No, he wasn't really "famous" or a noted preacher, but was the longtime foreign missions director of the Louisiana District before Curtis Young and pastored many years at First UPC - Oakdale.

Yeesh. I can't believe the Alexandria paper made the old misspelling on "G. A. ManguM Center."

Didn't Bro. Bonnette also pastor Camp 8 MANY years ago? I am pretty sure I have 100s of pictures of him that I put together for a celebration of his life that took place at Camp 8. This would have been when Donnell Spurgeon pastored at Camp 8.

But it WAS many years ago now.

He followed me there and I resigned in 1990.

I think I know who he is but I can't picture him.
