All Alone for Thanksgiving!!!

For the first time in our life, Mrs. Pianoman and I will be by ourselves on Thanksgiving. We've been abandoned by our kids, grandkids, and other family members! :violin:tissue

Everybody has "other plans" with "other family members"!

Actually, we're quite happy with everything! :) I plan to take Mrs. Pianoman out for a nice Thanksgiving dinner, then attend the National Youth Convention of the ALJC at the Opryland Hotel!! :bliss

I'm glad you empter nesters are going to make the best of it ... Enjoy!!!

... I love being w/ the whole family during Thanksgiving ....

I was going to be alone w/ the kids this year ... until Mama ... decided to come to town ... We're so glad we'll be able to share this holiday together ....

It's also the time Dad passed 2 years ago ... so it has added significance.

This will be kinda strange for us this year. My father passed away about 5 years ago, and each year at Thanksgiving we bring up memories of him!

May you have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Sometimes I wish I could get my girls out of the house for a little while to be alone with my wife.

The ALJC has their National Youth Convention during the Thanksgiving Holiday?????? That seems strange.
