Gardening for money: everything I seen in that regards focuses on fast crops (mostly greens, salads etc) for sale to local restaurants and co-ops.
Plenty of utube videos covering "success stories"...

The Turbulent website says pricing starts at 2500 Euros per kW. That's about 2800 USD. Average price for solar is about 3050 USD per kW. So a savings of about 250 USD per kW. But that's a really low...
