Thanks, PO!! I had a great birthday with my husband and kids. My son even stopped by before work - that was a nice surprise. There's nothing like family. :) I hope you and yours are doing well also.

To lower triglycerides, cut out sugar and carbs. To raise HDL, eat as much saturated fat as possible. Simple! Don't cut out bacon and red meat, and eat the chicken with the skin ON. Chicken and fish...

What are your HDL & triglyceride #'s? The total # is just a calculation of other numbers/factors. It's a useless #. So is LDL. The question is; what is your LDL made up of? A VAP test is needed to...

FYI: Total cholesterol & LDL #'s are useless. What you need to watch is your HDL & triglycerides. To keep your HDL up, eat as much saturated fat as possible (yes, bacon & lard; as well as avocados,...

Oh well, heck, my youngest daughter STILL does that, and she's almost 14! LOL I'm constantly in a state of confusion by her likes/dislikes from one day to the next. My older two outgrew that trend...
