Yes, we are, which is the perfect law of liberty, the other law mentioned in this context is the "law of sin and death", which Jesus fulfilled completely, paying in full for the sins of the whole world. And having done so, the whole world is now free from the law of sin and death, God no longer imputing our sins against us, nailing them to His cross.
The royal law of love, calls us all to enter into righteous relationship with God and humans.
