Mandating uncut hair on women is perhaps the weakest of the newer doctrines that have come out of the Oneness Pentecostal movement. And, FWIW my own wife does not cut her hair and has never had it cut since she was a very small child. The "uncut hair" thing didn't arrive in her parent's part of the UPC until the mid 1960s.
