Are you talking about the younger Bibb (Pentecostals of Phx) or the elder Bibb? I know the younger Bibb, pastor of the
PoP. Great man, awesome pastor. Has a great church that's growing and doing really well. I spoke with him a couple months ago and I believe they had just purchased land to build on!
At PoP they have a banner that says "balance." That's how they are, very balanced. They're open and receptive to all the UPC churches, regardless of leanings.
