Ha ha !! Mother takes little Billy to the bathroom and sits him on the toilet and says, try Billy,she leaves him there for awhile and she can hear him grunting and grunting, so she peeks throught the door and as he grunts he slapped himself on top of the head ,she steps in and says Billy, how ya doing ,he goes mommy it hasnt worked yet ,she says well you can stay here as long as you want Billy,but why did you just slap yourself on top of the head? he goes, it works for ketchup mommy.
