You're right (no pun intended). Conservative is a very subjective, non biblical term used to further alienate us from the responsibility of "knowing them that labor among you."
If the criteria for conservatism is separation from the world, then compared with the Amish who live nearby me, Kansas is a district of flaming liberals, and my district is then Hell itself.
