The folks there genuinely love to see me when I come to special services with here. I spent half my life in that church, and even though they know I am long gone from them, they embrace me so graciously and enthusicastically when I come "home" to visit.
It was a wonderful feeling sitting beside my mom in church after all we've been through these last few months.

I don't typically go to the ultra con church I attended today, but the service was great, too....Lots and lots of singing, but there was preaching too. ....I don't like to go to churches where there are 1 hour and 30 minutes singing, 12 minutes of preaching, then 45 minutes more of singing. A few weeks ago I visited a church and that is literally what took place!
