After checking on her further, she appears to have moved from erotica to vampire novels? I'm very sorry about that, Michael. I didn't know her, but this does give a chance for clarity on her biography.

Oh, well, that makes sense! I have never read any of her novels, but just know that she's the contemporary icon for vampire literature. I should have said Bram Stoker......however, even though I've never seen any of the movies, I think the "Twilight" series is the new epitome of otherworldly fiction nowadays....
