Here is my take on this subject that can turn hot quickly.... Women can and are called to be teachers and preachers. But they will not be called to be pastors, or in taking authority over men in any way. A woman taking authority over a man goes against Biblical principle, but if she is preaching and teaching the gospel and yet continues to place herself under the authority of her husband, then she is within the boundaries set forth by Biblical principles.
