I have a fig tree and LOVE fig preserves.
If you like strawberry preserves I have a recipe that taste exactly like strawberries. But I prefer fig to strawberry, but the color is beautiful in strawberry.
This will be the third year for my tree and IF the birds would leave them alone I might get enough to mess with.
