Just think if Saul of Tarsus was married and his wife became a believer.

If he was so zealous against the church, wouldn't he be against his wife if

she had become part of it! If she was imprisoned, but not dead, he would

have had her back after his conversion. But if she was killed, do you not

think it would have been grievous to him after his conversion. And having

been married, it would have been very difficult for him to be around women,

knowing what he had done, and the messenger of satan buffeted him every

time he became lonely. Did the messenger of satan try to get him to sin.

Hey, don't tell me satan didn't want him back!!

Now I don't know that that is what happened but just think with that in

mind. Paul sure knew a lot about women as has been said before. Where

did he get the knowledge to teach young Timothy and Titus about women

and men! He had taken notice that Timothy's mother and grandmother had

faith and he felt that young Timothy had the same faith. Timothy's dad was

not a believer. He was also a Greek! The women taught him (grandmother

and mother).

Just some thoughts!

Blessings,
