Every culture and religion has set aside specific days for the remembrance of various spiritual truths. The focus shouldn't be on the specific days themselves. But rather the focus should be on what they represent. Religionists and those who have made tradition dogma cannot see this. They must argue over days. In this the pain of their having missed the mark with regards to sound spirituality is numbed. In arguing about the dates or the customs... they can ignore the truths that should be remembered.
God isn't honored by his children arguing and fighting over days and dates on a calendar. Nor is God honored by fighting over various cultural customs.
