First I would encourage you to just call your local police station. Be nice and just ask them about the law. Tell them that you don't want to break the law and need some information. I am sure they will be happy to help.
Second if you do not decide to do that you could just follow our advice by the results of the poll. You have to do whatever the poll says!!!
