Others came to relate to a past they are still reaching for. The final group came for a refuge from beatings, either perceived or actual.

We created both a Sanctuary, and a Fellowship Hall to try to appeal to both groups. At some point, we have to leave the surroundings of one large mix mash wanting our point to be taken. (Otherwise termed by me "Four minutes of fame") We need to at times venture to other areas and offer what we can of what we have experienced, and what we have done with it, and how we found peace in our decision. Someone else is not as verbose, is not able to put on screen what they feel as well as others. They are lurking, and reading, and hopefully stronger from it all.
no, no, No, NO, NOOOO!!!

I am not complaining at all...I am not having a hard time dealing with a supposed lack of substance...in NO way did I disparage the collective groups of posters that create a dynamic atmosphere.

There is no whining, "we don't have _______, this place has gone stale, this place is one dimensional...(came close to this one, but not completely)"

I was trying to draw attention to a segment of people who jump on a bandwagon heading pell mell into the gorge for LACK OF EVIDENCE OR CREDIBILITY.

And, no, Carp, not everyone gets it...it has come a long way (neither good or bad) from FCF. Yes, it has become a community for those who have no other ears for complaints, ideas, and discussion. This is a swell place for people who would otherwise be told to get over it, grow up, or to just get off the duff and put more energy into what matters most, God and family.

Did I use a broad brush?? Yeah, maybe too broad. But by no means was I including everyone in the mix. My main point was, do you, as posters, want to go off half cocked, firing at every little gnat when you have little or no proof or evidence??

now, getting off MY soapbox...
