Covenant was before the Law. And circumcision was before the Law, was part of the Covenant, and continues on to the New Covenant. What has changed though was the method of circumcision. We are circumcised spiritually now through Jesus name baptism. The principle of circumcision has continued on. Just like the principle of the tithe.
