The old "Two sides to the Coin" doctrine. (LOL) I haven't used that in a while.
And I must agree with you whole-heartedly.
However, I was thinking on this scripture:
"For godly sorrow works repentance
to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world works death."
There is a natural faith that believes in God's
existence, but it does not measure
up to believing in God's
promises.
(Heb. 11:6):
"...for he that comes to God must believe that He IS,
AND that He is a rewarder of of them that diligently seek Him."
The scripture in Hebrews corresponds very nicely with the Lord's words in
Mk. 16:16__
"He that believes AND is baptized shall be saved."
