In our small town we have a local TV station that just shows different activities in the community, like when we havs a festival it show people walking around and such. They also will show local church services. Why would it be wrong for the local UPC preacher to preach a sermon on our local channel? He would not get money from it, it is free to do so and there is no make up involved.
