The length some will go to not to pay a repair man or buy something new is
unbelievable.We went through a big trial when the hurricaine flooded our yard
and messed up the septic tank.The owners never refused or rent nor did they
refuse the fema money received but they did not fix the septic tank.It smelled horrible.
