ok well, i'm prepared to go take the online iq quiz and post the results here if you are, loser pays. yes, you lose some pre-frontal growth if you smoke before age 26 or so, but it is light anyway, and the same study noted many more connections in the synapses of smokers (which i do not publicly recommend anyone do anyway btw)
