Re: 4H?

We had a great experience because our Homeschool group was large and we have three former school teachers involved in the group. And a couple who were really dedicated to it.

The kids learned so many things - local history, art, woodworking, sewing, etc., etc. My daughter was able to go on a Washington D.C. trip with her group through their fundraising efforts.

Our children were also involved in rabbits because it was easier for us. They generally made around $600 each at the auctions every year. My daughter almost made Grand Champion one year, but when one of her rabbits was a baby she dropped it, not realizing a small fracture that the judge, supposedly, could determine. Anyway, 1st place was good.

There are some groups that are no fun to be involved with, which I was aware of, but our group was great. Thanks for reminding me about 4-H.
