The election processes across the nation are definitely rigged. So Cali will get what it's self-appointed masters decide it will get.
There is no "voting" one's way out of tyranny. I can't recall one instance in all of history where "voting" resulted in a removal of tyranny.
Plenty of times where "voting" installed a tyrant, though...
