But that poses us a question:
How did that hardy constitution due to good genes come about?
We might first look at the parents and see if they were of the same caliber. If so, then we look at both sets of grandparents. Eventually we go back far enough to even the paleolithic age.
How did the first humans come by such stalwart immune systems? What gave them their hardy constitutions? Their good genes?
And the answer to that is, their nutrition and lifestyle. Nothing unnatural, nothing artificial, nothing even farmed. All, by default, organic. No cities, no pollution, no sedentary lifestyle.
And it was those genes which were passed down generation after generation until today, when in the West, we have the unhealthiest set of humans who have ever walked this planet.
And why? Because of diet and lifestyle.
Why, we even have so-called Western diseases that most of the world doesn't suffer.
